AF3 Examination Form

Thorough Examination of:
– Excavations, Shafts, Earthworks, Underground Works or Tunnels
– Cofferdam or Caissons

Note: this form is to be used to record the thorough examination of Excavations, Shafts, Earthworks, Underground Works, Tunnels, Cofferdams or Caissons. The thorough examination needs to be undertaken at least every 7 days or after an event that may have affected the stability. The thorough examination is in addition to the requirement of a daily inspection of the works.
